Monthly Meeting Sponsorships
We invite you to sponsor one of the Capital Area Human Resources Association’s (CAHRA) monthly meetings/events and reach out to all members by having a presence on CAHRA’s website, being featured in an e-mail promotion, marketed in the monthly newsletter, and being visible to up to over 100 Human Resource professionals at the event!
Please visit the “Meeting and Events” tab for a full listing of our program dates and information. Sponsorship is confirmed only after full payment is received. We currently offer two levels of sponsorship below:
$1000 Gold Sponsorship includes Recognition on the CAHRA website for the calendar year.
- Recognition in the monthly newsletter for the calendar year.
- Opportunity to provide door prize and draw from CAHARA business cards.
- One monthly meeting - 10-minute presentation to promote product(s)/service(s), opportunity to distribute materials, lunch for 2 representatives.
$500 Silver Sponsorship includes
- Recognition as meeting sponsor in the monthly newsletter and at the event for the month of sponsorship.
- May set up table to display and/or distribute company material at a monthly meeting and lunch for 1 representative.
$350 Bronze Sponsorship includes
- Recognition as CAHRA supporter in monthly newsletter for the month of sponsorship
- Opportunity to distribute company materials at one event
- Opportunity to provide door prize and draw from CAHRA business cards
